As our customer support colleague, you will be part of a small, dynamic, and international team and support our business and private customers who use Tapni digital business cards. You will handle all email inquiries, first onboarding/demo calls, and be the voice of the brand!

- Customer support via Email & Video Calls
- B2B Customer support - Demo calls / Onboarding / Problem solving
- Comply with set standards of customer service (e.g. quality of speech, call attendance, emails, handling queues, etc.) to ensure customer confidence, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Maintain data protection and confidentiality for both staff and customers, ensuring attention to detail in all bookings.
- Support production team with hands-on activities if required.
- Fluency in English (other languages are huge benefit)
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- High computer literacy
